Recommended Usage: Adult Dosage: Individuals who lack sufficient fiber in their diet may take 5-6 capsules (approx. 3.5gm) with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage daily. Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage up to 3 times daily. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce the amount you take to allow your system to adjust.
