Recommended Usage: Sublingual medication. Place under tongue and let dissolve. Take before exposure to allergen or as soon after symptoms appear as possible, at least 15 minutes before or half an hour after eating or drinking anything but water. Adults & child 12 years of age and older: 3 tablets every hour until symptoms subside, then every 2 hours until relieved. Child 2 to 12: half adult dose. Child under 2: consult a physician.
