The sweet, mellow flavor derived from slow roasted garlic is artfully blended into a creamy peppercorn base, to achieve a delightful union of flavors with a distinctive difference that Drew is known for. Surprisingly, this creamy dressing is dairy free! Dress a bean, pasta or potato salad, serve as a dip for veggies, drizzle over mashed potatoes, or saute swordfish with it and a little white wine. Great on the grill!
