Recommended Usage: Adults chew one tablet slightly and allow to dissolve in the mouth every 2 hours until symptoms improve, then decrease to every 4 hours or as needed. Children 2-12 years of age take on half the adult dosage. For continued relief take one tablet twice daily. For best results, take in a clean mouth. FOR BEST RESULTS: Take in a clean mouth.
