Recommended Usage: Adults take 15 drops under the tongue every 2 hours or as needed until symptoms improve, then reduce to 4 times daily or as needed. Children 2-12 years of age use one half the adult dosage. For continued relief take twice daily. For best results: Take in a clean mouth.
