Recommended Usage: The recommended daily portion of RDA is 30 grams. This is the equivalent of three level tablespoons. Since it is a highly concentrated product, you may wish to divide the serving in half and take it twice during the day. It has a creamy , mildly flavored taste which blends well with almost any juice, milk or yogurt. It makes a delicious drink to which you can add fruit if you wish.
