Recommended Usage: The usual recommended dose is one to two tablespoons a day. We believe two is preferable and that is what we recommend. However, if you are an older person or one with a cholesterol problem, you might want to increase this amount. Many people like to eat it directly from the spoon-just chew it up like any other food. If you prefer to mix it with fruit or vegetable juice , use a blender. You can have fun with this product. You add it to foods to hide the taste, but to improve the food you are adding it to. It is great with cereals, hot or cold. Try it with yogurt or ice cream.
Lecithin consist of Choline, Inositol, Linoleic Acid, and has been used as a fat emulsifier in preventing arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, brain function, proper nerve function, and maintains proper electrical energy and nutrients transfer across the cell membranes.
