1. Registration for Online Ordering

a. Membership is free

b. Please register online by clicking the “Register” button on the home page and following the instructions provided

c. After successful registration customer will be allowed to shop, and to transport orders electronically

d. Personal and credit card information will be used to verify customers identity.

e. Payment will take place when customer picks up orders. We will not charge your credit card until you pick up your order, or it is necessary for a re-stocking fee to be assessed if an order is not picked up according to 3a.

2. Ordering Process

a. All orders must meet the $30.00 (thirty dollar) minimum purchase

b. Items may be saved, deleted, and added at any time prior to being “sent”. Once the order has been transmitted, it may not be changed.

c. Items with listed minimum order quantity must be purchased in these lots.

3. Ordering and Pickup Rules

a. Orders transmitted before noon on Monday  will be available for pickup at 2:00pm on the following Friday, and must be picked up by 4:00 P.M. on the Sunday of the same week.

b. Ordering and pickup dates are subject to change

c. Orders not picked up within the stated time frame will be returned to the manufacturer, and the customer will be assessed a 25% restocking charge

d. Ordering and pickup dates are subject to holiday scheduling

4. Exclusions to part three (3)

a. Paradiseorganics.net will not be responsible for manufacturers or distributors out of stocks, or delayed shipping. Paradiseorganics.net is not responsible for pricing or product errors on the website.

5. Return item policy

Please check your order at time of pickup.

a. Produce may not be returned.

b. Perishable items may be returned within three days only if spoiled, or moldy etc.

6. Discount Options

a. Orders over $75.00 will receive a 5% discount.

b. Orders over $100.00 will receive a 10% discount.

c. Items ordered in case lots will receive a 10% discount.

Discount options may not be combined. Discounts will be given at the time of pickup, and will not be reflected on the website.
